1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using https://conpady.com/ (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. 7-Day Free Trial & Subscription

• Free Trial Period: Conpady offers a one-time 7-day free trial for new users to experience our AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) services.
• Credit Card Requirement: To initiate the free trial, you must provide a valid payment method. No charges will be applied during the 7-day trial period.
• Automatic Conversion: If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the 7-day trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in our Starter Plan.
• Recurring Billing: Following the trial, your payment method will be charged $99.00 USD monthly on a recurring basis.
• Special Promotion: For a limited time, the standard $200.00 setup fee is waived ($0.00).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Trial Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial period through your account dashboard or by emailing info@conpady.com. No charges will be made if canceled within this window.
• Ongoing Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No Refunds: Conpady does not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services.

4. User Conduct and Content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you provide for content generation.
• Conpady reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
